This year the IK Gujaral Punjab Technical University (PTU) admission counseling for academic session 2023 starts in June (as per last year record).  Students want to take admissions in B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy/ M.Tech/ MBA/ B.Arch/ M.Pharmacy/ MCA courses will be done on merit list prepares on entrance exam score card/ cut off marks in JEE, NATA, CMAT, GATE and GPAT.

Overview of PTU Admission

Admission Open to I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Main Campus at Kapurthala and Constituent Campuses at Amritsar, Batala, Dinanagar, Hoshiarpur; Khunimajra; Mohali and Sultanpur Lodhi. The procedure for admission to various courses is as follows:Admission to following courses shall be done via Entrance Exam to be held in 2022 at Main Admission to the following Undergraduate and Post Graduate Engineering Courses shall be done via Centralized Counselling conducted by the University:

  • B.Tech. – Civil Engineering
  • M. Tech. – Civil Engineering (Specialization Structural Engineering)
  • B. Tech. – Computer Science and Engineering
